Born out of frustration & a deep love for design
Danielle here (WillowSpace Founder). As a designer and founder of a branding studio called Function Creative Co., I spent years bouncing between tools to manage my clients exceptionally well. Google Forms for onboarding. PDFs for proposals. HelloSign for contracts. Invoices in one place, scheduling in another. All of the client managing platforms I tried to use felt clunky, chaotic, and honestly, completely disconnected from the polished client experience I wanted to deliver. I was going through a deeply personal and dark period of grief and desperately needed something to feel easy.
I kept asking: why isn’t there a simple AND beautiful platform that does all of this in one place?
So, during the peek of a global pandemic, I built it.
WillowSpace brings proposals, contracts, invoicing, forms, client portals, and scheduling together into one intuitive dashboard, so creatives like you can spend less time managing the process and more time doing what you love.
Before founding WillowSpace, Danielle spent over half a decade navigating the challenges of managing clients beautifully.
Recognizing the need for a better solution, Danielle founded WillowSpace in 2020 to simplify her processes.
